Benjamin is a Tennessee licensed attorney that focuses on Immigration Law. He grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee and graduated Cum Laude from East Tennessee State University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school he earned a CALI award for his externship in public service. After completing law school he gained experience as a law clerk in Sandusky, Ohio with the Social Security disability firm Catri & Kellam, LLC.
Prior to engaging in private practice, Benjamin worked as a criminal defense attorney in Sullivan County, where he provided legal assistance to indigent members of the community. He has also worked as associate general counsel for a Nevada energy start-up corporation and served on the board of a Tennessee ministry that provides medical assistance around the globe. He is an Eagle Scout Award recipient through Boy Scouts of America and currently serves in the community as a Cub Scout den leader and soccer coach with AYSO.
Benjamin loves traveling to new places and meeting new people. He is married to Tilini Kauvaka Miller and together they have four children: Giovanni, Nikolasi, Valentina, and Julius.
